1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using OfferSlim (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
OfferSlim is an AI-powered quotation platform that learns from your uploaded PDF offers to generate consistent, accurate new quotations. The Service includes document upload, AI processing, quotation generation, and PDF export.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
4. Free Trial
We offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. At the end of the trial, you may choose to subscribe to a paid plan or your access will be limited. We reserve the right to modify or end the free trial offer at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Upload content that is illegal, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Use the Service to generate fraudulent or misleading documents
- Attempt to reverse engineer or extract the AI model
- Use automated tools to scrape or overload the Service
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
6. Intellectual Property
You retain all rights to the documents you upload and the quotations you generate. OfferSlim retains all rights to the Service itself, including its code, AI system, and user interface. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your documents solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.
7. AI-Generated Content
OfferSlim uses AI to generate quotation drafts based on your past documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all quotations before sending them to your customers. OfferSlim is not liable for errors in AI-generated pricing or content.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OfferSlim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands.
